Fabrikasi DSSC Berbasis TiO2/SiO2-Karbon Aktif Melalui Screen Printing dengan Sensitizer Bit Merah: Analisis Efisiensi pada Berbagai Intensitas Cahaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memfabrikasi Dye-Sensitized Solar Cell (DSSC) berbasis fotoanoda komposit TiO₂/SiO₂-karbon aktif menggunakan metode screen printing dan ekstrak buah bit merah (Beta vulgaris) sebagai fotosensitizer alami, serta menganalisis pengaruh variasi intensitas cahaya terhadap efisiensi konversi energi. Fotoanoda dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD, SEM, EDX, dan UV-Vis. Karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa komposit memiliki struktur kristalin yang baik, morfologi permukaan berpori, serta komposisi unsur yang sesuai. Analisis UV-Vis memperlihatkan puncak serapan maksimum pada panjang gelombang 530 nm dan perkiraan energi celah optik sebesar 2,34 eV. Pengujian fotovoltaik dilakukan menggunakan lampu LED berdaya 8, 10, dan 12 W. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa intensitas cahaya yang lebih besar memperbaiki parameter kinerja DSSC. Performa optimum diperoleh pada daya 12 W, ditandai oleh nilai Voc sebesar 0,71 V, Jsc sebesar 0,131 mA/cm², FF sebesar 45,1%, dan efisiensi konversi energi sebesar 0,053%. Secara keseluruhan, komposit TiO₂/SiO₂-karbon aktif dan fotosensitizer ekstrak buah bit merah berpotensi digunakan sebagai material ramah lingkungan dalam pengembangan DSSC berbiaya rendah.
