Analisis Implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Proyek Konstruksi Skala Menengah: Sebuah Kajian Literatur

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi karena tingginya tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh kompleksitas aktivitas dan lingkungan kerja. Meskipun berbagai regulasi dan standar keselamatan telah diterapkan, implementasi K3 pada proyek konstruksi skala menengah masih menghadapi berbagai kendala yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi K3 pada proyek konstruksi skala menengah dengan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi, hambatan yang dihadapi, serta strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode library research dengan memanfaatkan berbagai artikel ilmiah, buku, standar internasional, dan dokumen resmi yang relevan. Data dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang muncul secara konsisten dalam berbagai penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi K3 dipengaruhi oleh komitmen manajemen, budaya keselamatan, kompetensi pekerja, penerapan manajemen risiko, penggunaan alat pelindung diri, serta kepatuhan terhadap regulasi. Sebaliknya, keterbatasan anggaran, lemahnya pengawasan, rendahnya kesadaran pekerja, dan pelaksanaan pelatihan yang belum optimal menjadi hambatan utama. Penerapan sistem manajemen K3 secara terintegrasi disertai penguatan budaya keselamatan dan peningkatan kompetensi pekerja menjadi strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan pada proyek konstruksi skala menengah.
